Company Description

2008-2010 Ford 6 4 Powerstroke Diesel Exhaust Up-Pipe Heavy Duty Polished NO EGR Generic

Yes, It happens when I have the hood up and when the key turned to the on position (not run). I don’t know if it goes away when I actually start the motor or not. Can’t hear it over the engine noise if it is there but it is a fairly loud high pitch ringing sound. I put my ear close to the EGR throttle and the EGR valve and cannot tell exactly where it is coming from.

Wish I would have ordered the can bus plugs at the same time. A few modifications were needed to make everything work but nothing too difficult if you can tackle this type of work to begin with.

This means you won’t need any custom tuning and they remain completely EGR/emissions compliant. These up pipes are sold as a set, and include all necessary gaskets and hardware for installation. Rudy’s is so confident in the strength and durability of our up pipes, that we are happy to be the first company in the industry to offer a limited LIFETIME warranty. The limited lifetime warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original owner.

Crafted from high-quality materials, these up pipes are engineered to maximize exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, and enhance turbo spool-up. Perfect for heavy towing, racing, or just pushing your truck to its limits, these pipes deliver the robust performance and dependability you need. The sole obligation of MBRP Inc. will be to repair or replace at its discretion.

The pipes are also available in a kit with 6.4 powerstroke up pipes no egr-litre power stroke manifolds. We strongly advocate for the installation of our kits and components to be conducted by qualified mechanics. Incorrect installation could result in suboptimal performance or potential damage to your vehicle. It should be noted that, barring exceptions listed on specific product pages, our parts are provided without installation guides. Our products are intended for individuals who possess a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems.

Whether it is Chevrolet, Ford, Dodge, Cat, whatever, idle time will clog up the intake system. On the 6.4 powerstroke up pipes no egr though, the EGR gases come in at the back of the lower EGR cooler and goes through the upper EGR cooler and the cold part is over by the valve. If the valves had been on the back side where it was hot, it wouldn’t have been a problem. Fixing DPF problems can be difficult and expensive.

Be assured, we are fully committed to utilizing all our resources to ensure the prompt delivery of your performance parts. I installed the Spelab kit and fits good and have the reassurance of the locking ring to keep it in. Please confirm the shipping address and billing address. The shipping address should be a physical address, we DO NOT ship to the P.O.

Turbo Up-Pipe Kit with EGR removed – Many 6.4L Ford drivers are experiencing failure from their stock up-pipes. The reality is that bellows in the OEM up-pipes do not flex enough which causes stress. These polished 304 stainless steel up pipes have been built with reinforced interlocking braid flex bellows. The interlocking braid inside the bellows adds extra durability to the pipes.

When the exhaust gasses are unable to flow freely, they can’t generate the power necessary for your turbo to work. You want the pipes to be as high flowing as possible. When your exhaust gasses flow quickly, they can spin the turbine more efficiently. Designed as a direct replacement, these up pipes fit seamlessly, eliminating the factory EGR provision for a cleaner, more efficient exhaust path. Say goodbye to restrictive factory components and hello to a smoother, more powerful drive.

Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) means that exhaust gas goes back and gets reintroduced into the intake and run through the engine and burnt one more time. It reduces the nasty stuff that comes out of the tailpipe. On the 6.7 the intake comes from the outside instead of the exhaust manifold on a 6.4. What happens is it passes through the EGR valve first so that the EGR valve is on the hot end which keeps the EGR valve on a 6.7 clean. But it goes through the one side of the EGR cooler and then out the other side so there is a cool side.
